Our business office will work with you as an individual to find the best payment option for you. We will be happy to discuss, in detail, the procedures to be used in your treatment. You will be informed of your dental needs, treatment necessary, time required and the fee for treatment. No treatment will be initiated until the plan has been explained to you. The following are the specifics of our office financial policy:
We ask that patients pay for services as they are rendered. We are no longer able to offer in-house financing.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
An excellent health-care financing program, CareCredit, is available to our patients. This program involves a credit card which allows you to make small monthly payments directly to them. There are provisions in the plan, which require no interest from the patient. Applications are available in our office. You may also go to www.carecredit.com and apply from your home or office.
Insurance
We accept assignment of insurance benefits from most insurance companies. This allows you to pay on the portion that insurance will not cover. This portion, or co-pay, is due at the time of service. We estimate, but cannot guarantee, the portion the insurance will reimburse.
All accounts carried by our office for more than 60 days will be charged 1.5% interest monthly. Accounts over 90 days can be taken to Small Claims Court.
